This role is responsible for assisting with all tasks associated with processing donations received by Reliant, following the current Donor Services coding schedule and batch entry schedule (with certain exceptions for the end of the month and holidays). This role will be required to adhere to any standards set by the IRS, auditors, and GAPP when handling revenue. The coordinator should be comfortable using various databases and electronic forms of communication, such as, but not limited to, Solomon (Reliant's Wiie site), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook.
This role requires a basic understanding of data entry, good communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot, strong time management skills, with the ability to work alone and with a team. The coordinator must also be capable of using and maintaining equipment such as scanners, 10-key calculators, as well as various specialized equipment for Reliant's bank deposit submission processes.
The work location for this role is a combination of in-office and work from home. Generally, this role will work out of the Central Florida office at least 2 days per week, though the schedule may vary based on the end of the month, the department's workflow, and holidays. When not working in the Central Florida office, this role will work from home.
Responsibilities & Duties
Donor Processing: Primary Focus
- Mail Processing and Data Entry, to include:
- sorting and coding
- processing various MISC deposits (i.e. Continuance payments)
- appropriate data entry into CRM for various deposit types
- Giving
- Counseling
- Cash
- 3rd parties
- Complete various tasks while on site at the Central Reliant office
- Receipts
- RDS
- Batch log documentation
- Documentation maintenance and retension
- 3rd party donations (ECOM, WISE, Bill.com, Fidelty, etc)
- assist with intake of notications and documents
- appropriate data entry into CRM
- update and maintain various donation tracking sheets
- communicate with coordinating Central teams as needed
- Monthly EFT and Credit Card Auto Withdrawal Processing
- including tasks related to expirations, declines and changes
- reporting to Reliant management as needed
- Communication with donors and field workers

Donor Services Team Functions: Assists with and shares responsibility for
- Donor & Field Worker communication
- Answers phones and returns calls from donors and field workers to help them manage their giving
- Help troubleshoot
- Help donors who experience problems with the Reliant website
- Inbox review and maintenance
- Managing assigned Donor Services inboxes, ensuring all correspondence is answered in a timely manner or forwarded to the relevant Central Processing or Program team if necessary
- Shares responsibility to reach out to donors related to the maintenance and updating of both bank and credit card information regarding their giving
- Database Information Input and Quality Assurance
- Data maintenance to ensure accurate donor, staff, and gift-related records
- Monitors and connects recurring gifts as needed for missionary data reporting purposes
- Donor Services spreadsheets and tracking sheets as it relates to donor gifts, staff changes, and other maintenance needs
- Incoming Notifications page within Solomon for the Donor Services team
- Watchlist
- Cleanup queries for maintenance, accuracy, and standardization of records
- Electronic document organization and retention
Supporting Department Functions
- Collaborate with Donor Services team on processes and procedures
- Work with Donor Services team to maintain department Solomon area
